The 7 seals of Revelation.

I need to state this. Many of the terms of the Scriptures are quoted without understanding their timeline.

Here are some. “New creation”, “new heaven and new earth”, “new Jerusalem”, “end of days”, “last days” or “the day of the Lord”.

Believers today quote this terms as if to mean the future.

We even at time call ourselves the end time generation or Benjamin generation.

When the approval of same sex marriages was announced by the Supreme Court of America, many pointed out that we are in the days of the Beast.

We are not.

The Bible specifically tells us when the end of the world began.

Hebrews 9:25-26

Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the END of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
We must understand the END of the world was set into motion by the death of Jesus on the Cross.

Today many believers look at the opening of the seals as an event in the future.

Let’s look at Revelation.
Revelation 5:4-6

And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

Ask yourselves these questions:
When did the Lamb prevail?
When was he slain?
At the cross, isn’t?

Hence the motions of the horsemen are clear.
Vespasian was the horseman that was given a crown. He was a man with no royal blood and the senate and the people made him Caesar. He was the first. He was “given” a crown.

Titus his son was the Red horse rider. He carried his father’s mission and massacre over a million Jews. Hence bloodshed was his colour.
Titus caused Jerusalem to be surrounded by a 4th wall and lay siege in Jerusalem. They was no supply of food into Jerusalem.

Supplies became scarce and as such prices soared.

Revelation 6:6

And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Finally where there’s hunger and famine people died in Jerusalem. Josephus speaks about about a woman eating her child.

Hence death and disease fill the land.

Revelation 6:8

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

The people mentioned in the 5th seal are mentioned by Jesus in his time.

See the similarity.

Revelation 6:10

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

Now look at what Jesus said about HIS time.

Matthew 23:34-35

Therefore I send you prophets and wise men and scribes, some of whom you will kill and crucify, and some you will flog in your synagogues and persecute from town to town, so that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah the son of Barachiah, whom you murdered between the sanctuary and the altar.

Matthew 23:36

Truly, I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation.

HIS generation.

With regards the 6th seal, you only need to refer to Joel 2 and the dream of Joseph to note that the Sun is referring to Jacob, the Moon is Leah and the 12 stars are the tribes.
This points to the destruction of Jerusalem and the end of Israel AT THAT TIME.

With reference to the trumpets sounding, look at Joel 2.
Joel 2:1

The Day of the Lord

Blow a trumpet in Zion;

sound an alarm on my holy mountain!

Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble,

for the day of the Lord is coming; it is near,

Note that was how the day of the Lord coming. It’s in the past.

Look at Joel 2.

Joel 2:28-29

The Lord Will Pour Out His Spirit

“And it shall come to pass afterward,

that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh;

your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,

your old men shall dream dreams,

and your young men shall see visions.

Even on the male and female servants

in those days I will pour out my Spirit.

Now look at Acts.
Acts 2:16

But this is what was uttered through the prophet Joel:
Acts 2:17

“‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares,

that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh,

and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,

and your young men shall see visions,

and your old men shall dream dreams;

So when are the LAST days?

It began at the cross. It ended at the destruction of Jerusalem. That period is called the LAST days. It was the transition period between the old and new covenant.

Hence we are NOT the last generation. We are already the new creation. We are already in the New Heaven and Earth. We are already have the New Jerusalem. We are beyond the Benjamin generation.

Hence I call the bride of Christ to know your identity. It is here we realize who we ALREADY are and stop saying we need this or that to be whole.

The cross was when the finished work began. You are where the finished work ended.

That is how you walk by faith.
