Why rejecting gay marriages has nothing to do with Christianity.

Why rejecting same sex marriages has nothing to do with Christianity.

Don’t get me wrong. It makes me sad for people to quote to me what is right or wrong from the Bible or the Quran.

What happened to good old common sense?

Romans 1:20

For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.

What is surprising here is, how people need to say that certain issues are “taken out of context” or that the Bible is inerrant or that “we are forcing religion down their throat” to justify something that just goes against our common sense or the order of things of how we are made.

Ok. Let’s deal with the issue of religion. Don’t forget Christianity did not exist before marriage. It did not exist when marriage was institutionalise.

How do I know? Well you exist don’t you? How did you exist then? Through a man with a man? Through a woman and a woman?

You existed because a man made loved to a woman.

This was before religion, science, Obama, Jesus, Islam, Pride, and etc.
This was because we were made that way. It’s just sad that we use religion, science, to make us more stupid.

Romans 1:21-22

For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools,

Don’t blame God. It is we who have been futile in our thinking.
